TITLE XVIII

FINAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 197. This Constitution shall enter into force on the eighth day of November, 1949, and does repeal all others. The existing legal system shall continue in force unless amended or repealed by the competent organs of the Public Power or as long as is not expressly or implicitly repealed by the present Constitution.
